Its starting to look like my car again

They got a little damaged in transit....to the same corner on both...

^^^The only damage is to the corner. There is a little bit of the foam still stuck to the fender.

Just little scratches and the corner is bent a tiny bit. It will have to be worked over a bit anyways, so Im not to concerned. Although I will let the company know.
Also you can see in the pics that they are not a 100% perfect fit. They need to be bent and fitted a bit by the doors.

What other body repair do you have? Glad to see that everything is starting to come together.

The rust holes under the new fenders and some minor rust here and there.

Im about at wits end with these freaking crossmember bolts stuck in my frame. Ive used all different types of drill bits/extractors and still nothing. Im about ready to have it towed and have someone else deal with this. I dont have the time or resources to keep buying drill bits to have them not work
Who would have thought 2 bolts could be so stubborn?

Ok, since i cant get these stupid bolts out, Im kinda going back to the original plan (slightly modified). I am going to hold off on buying a transmission right now and get my car towed to my buddies garage and have them get the bolts out, fix the rust, and paint it.
And while thats gone I want to rebuild my motor and get it all ready. So a question I have is, how long can I leave a rebuilt motor on a stand? I know to use that STP engine lube stuff (or equivilant), but how long will that stay where it is supposed to?

I just wrapped mine in saran wrap, it pretty cheap and it's an easy way of sealing up your motor form corrosion.

Depends on where you are storing it... Climate controlled garage? or and open garage, or in a tent? A regular attached house garage even not climate controlled it can probably sit there for a while and not have any issues, just cover all the intake and exhaust ports with tape of some sort.

The engine lube is typically quite sticky so it should be ok with sitting a while.

                    Its a normal attached garage.
Thats what I was hoping to hear. Thanks for the replys. It will probably only be sitting for a couple months at the most, so Ill tape the openings and wrap it up good.

Its a struggle to let my dad put all my stuff in the garage
In fact.......I should try it. Maybe he wont mind
                        ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ive been meaning to do this for a while, but always ended up doing something else. I ended up putting all my other stuff aside today and got my car ready to be towed to my buddies shop...

Just have to tie some wires down and clean out the interior of my misc parts/boxes.

A couple things. The hood is not latched, and I decided to put the fenders on and let my buddy see if he can work with them. I figure its worth a try since I have them.

I haven't done anything really lately...so I haven't had anything to update with. But I came home today to these.....

....oooooohhhh. What could be in the big boxes?

..........Guess you'll just have to wait and see.......

On another note, My body work is a couple weeks out....finally. Than some minor engine work...get or rebuild my tranny(still have to check a price on getting mine rebuilt)... maybe a few small things...and I'm home free. Hopefully everything will fall into place and Ill have to cold months to spend in my garage

Ive finally got a little update. I finally got the car cleaned out and all ready for a little "road trip"...

If everything goes to plan...and it better ...there will be a trailer at my house tomorrow to pick up my car for its body work and paint.

This is a 60*V6 dedicated-engine site, now why on earth are you telling us about painting and have the engine in the back-ground blurred out?
