grand am
why dose my 96 grand am have 155 hp? and my 97 cutlass have 165 hp?. Is it the comuter?. can i swap computers? engines are the same?

Where did you find 185 hp for the cutlass? The 3400 makes 185 hp in 97 but, I think the 3100 only made 155 -160hp. -
3100 never made 185hp the most it made was 170 hp-175
160 hp (119 kW) and 185 lb·ft (251 N·m) for the 3100

I have bolth motors down to the lim can i put the 97 top end, like the lim and up on the 96. but with a 95 upper intake to flow better? with egr removed?Ford Guy says to we " keeping up with that General Maintenance as you drive a gm?'
