im putting the 3500 manifold back on with a 4.3 tb. going to port match it n a few hrs and bolt it on. that should solve the plenum problems. i just have to take it slow on the dual plenum thing, i did the last one in less than 5 hrs, i learned something tho....

Intrigue 3.5L TB is 65mm and if you get one with the linkage bracket you will be good to go other than making an adapter to bolt it up.

no shit? i know where there is one laying around!! too late tho, ive got the 70mm bolted on and im porting right now. the 70mm should be better than the 65, with my setup. but im gonna go grab the 65mm anyways.
i was going to use the ford 65, but i never could get the ford tps to read the way i wanted. all the ford tps read around .8-1.02v for closed throttle. i wallowed out the mounting ears and could get .5v for idle, but would only get 3.4v for wot. and it would never go into PE. so i didnt even bother with the ford 65mm for right now.
stock the 3500 uses a 66.5mm tb, so 70 sounded good to me (plus its the only single blade tb i had laying around!!)

Since you are a full 3500, with mods, upping the TB size should be ok. So you made an adapter for it right? I think the intrigue TB has the same northstar/ls1 TB bolt pattern. I thought the 4.3l was similar if not the same too.
Odd about the ford TPS. But the Ford bolts up, but the linkage, TPS, and lack of IAC is a PITA if you are running a factory ECM. Sevreal aftermarket ECM's can't control the stepper motor GM IAC anyways so the Ford TB on those isn't much of an issue.

i made an adaptor, it was realitivly easy. except for that fact that i hacked a 70mm hole into it with an angle grinder. looks like shit. but its actually larger than 70mm in a few spots and ill just fill in the gaps with rtv. not to worried about the hack job. i really need to invest in better tools!
i used an electromotive iac adaptor when i had the ford tb. the linkage was almost perfect for the fiero.

I'd just leave the gaps, not fill with RTV. I would not want a chunk being sucked into the engine. Did you use aluminum? Where do you get all your supplies? I take it the tubes above are aluminum as well. You must have access to some cool stuff.
