Ok, going over your receipts, there are a couple things. Those pushrods are stock length. Not a good thing. Also, oil is too thick, use a 5w30 and that comp additive isn't needed. It is only for flat tappet cams, and yours is roller.

Are you sure those pushrods are stock length?

Yup, they listed the stock length pushrods for your custom pushrods.

through the machine shop. I'm going to compare them to a stock one tomorrow. Maybe it was a misprint because I told him to get the proper measurements.

                          You're a dick.

Back on topic, I took one exhaust and intake pushrod off of the new engine and compared it to my stock pushrods and they are they identical to stock.

I just got off the phone with the machine shop and they said that they didn't even have the specs for the stock pushrods. They said they took the geometry from the cam, headgasket, and something else and thats how they came up with those specs. Is that possible even after taking all of those pics to come up with stock specs?

Also, someone tell me how I find the pushrod length out for myself; without having the machine shop remeasure everything again?

                          • Easy test, put the lifter on the base of the lobe (no lift) and install a pushrod. See how much preload you get (tighten the rocker till the pushrod just spin, no slop, and anything past that is preload).

                            • that is definately different that they came up with the same length pushrods as factory
