  • What to do, what to do...

Picking up a 1992 cavalier Z24 (3.1 mpfi-LHO ) and i was wondering what i could do to this motor for a little more pep?

free...cheap...easy and even the expensive 3.4 LA1-LQ1 swap maybe?

just wanting to know what i could do to this thing on a budget.

    thanks

3500 swap would be the most for the money......but then there is a lot out there for mods and a 3400..............one of these is your best bet

Could do a Top End Swap if you'd rather not pull the whole motor.

          x2

3500 swap requires a little extra work VS the 3400 swap.

here is a list of guys on V6Z24.com who've done the swap, it's not complete but it'll give you an idea.

I want to make a list of the people that have performed a 3100/3400 swap, with links to thier respective registry entries. So post here, if you have completed a genIII 660, hybrid build/swap, or are in the process of doing so, I mean you have actually started to turn wrenches on your car and/or...
