I'm sure Geoff and Ben could work something out if need be to put the flanges on the store.

I am surprised that no one has made up 3400/3500 flanges considering how many want headers on this for....myself included......hope this helps
Cheers

Not used as a template.....used as the part that bolts to the head and the tubes are welded to it to extend to the collector thus making a header....a header is composed of three main parts....the flange....the tubes.....and the collector all welded up gives you a header..........

i would love to get a set of flanges that would match the 3500 ports but i need a round tube version to use with weld-els, i would also want a thick flange to hold up to the abuse and so that i can machine it after final welding
cant remember the options for the sets you made before Geoff

All the flanges I sell are 3/8" thick and come in D port or round port that accepts 1 5/8" tube. There is no need to machine the flange after just clamp them to a solid surface when welding and they will never warp. You wont be able to put much heat into them anyway since the tube you will be using will be 14 to 18 gauge.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma

Guess I need to get a 3500 exhaust gasket scanned in so I can make a 3500 header flange CAD file, huh? Shouldn't be too hard to just edit the 3100/3400 file...-Brad-

3500 ports should be easier, the 3400 gaskets have quite a few radii in them and are difficult to measure.

the 3400 flanges fit the 3500 heads fine.
