c203 is the bulk of wires from the same harness that is by the batt. not the power distribution block, but the actual 10 or so pinn onnector. it is the one that has leads going to the engine, tranny, fan temp and so on. darth has them on his site aswell. yes some of them go to the dual plack connectors that are located below the ecm.
