Yeah I was driving and hit 5600 RPMs and the engine shut off
It was a rattling ticking noise, the engine imediately shut off
I pulled over checked oil, water, gas, checked for cracks in the block or any noticeable damage. Nothing
It cranks, and starts for a moment while making a rattling vibration noise
I can definitely feel it and hear it.
I cant believe this is happening I had my car tuned and everything.
Ive been taking it easy on it.
    Uhhmmmm...Any sugestions
I know its not a blown piston cause it sounds way different.
Oh and it smell like gas terribly when I try and start it.

Yes two suggestion, get it looked at by a professional and don't drive the car until the source of the noise is diagnose. If you’ve spun a bearing you’re only going to do more damage to the crank, block or cam depending what bearing(s) spun.

yeah it wont run long enough to drive it anyways.
      I was thinking I spun a bearing.
      Any other sugestions

hard to say, its possible you broke a timing chain or did actualy break a rod. id start with a compression test.

I would turn it over by hand first with the plugs out and belts off.

yea turn it over by hand, if it doesnt turn smoothly you have mechanical damage. a compression test will tell you what cylender the problem may be with.

When your turning the engine by hand with the plugs out... if you can take off the front valve cover... if everything turns like its suppose to, the timing chain isnt broken... but that doesnt rule out that it jumped a tooth..

I had my torque set at max 260 for a 2 to 3 shift via HP Tuners
Then I set it at 360, durring my test run was when this happened.
Could that of caused it....too much torque

Yeah Im almost positive its my timing chain, the last couple of days my car has been running rough and it has even back fired a couple times, and Ive been hearing a rattling noise from my engine while driving, I just dismissed the noise cause it was intermitin.
I didnt know those were signs of a timing chain failure, or a skipped tooth.
Specially the rattling noise, prolly the noise from the hain cause it was loose.

What have you done to diagnose this?
