  • Little Bit of Help

ok i'm not sure if this is already posted somewhere, but i need a little help.

I have the 3.1 3100 series engine from a 94 grand am gt. I want to do some little work on the car to help increase my horsepower up. I already have a CAI ( cold air induction) spark plugs and 9mm wires. I would liek to know if anyone else has somewhat messed around with the 3.1 engine and what did they do , cost, how hard. Thanks ahead of time for everyone help

    I got a 3100 I put in a
    underdrive pulley....$110
    dual exhaust...........$300
pro m MAF..............$200 although I heard they go for around 400 now
    custom intake.........$60

my 3100 is a 2002, but I hope this helps. Oh yeah I had a shop do the exhaust so that was easy, the intake w/MAF was easy and I had a little trouble with the underdrive pulley because I didn't have anybody to hold the pulley still, but it was still pretty basic
I wish 10% of the people on the road knew how to drive

Not really... as of right now, they pretty much have to be custom.
