Here are some pics of my TB opening porting process for a 65mm TB on a 3400 manifold. I was going to put them up with my new stage 3 3400 upper intake listing (haha, stage 3 = 65mm), but decided against it.

Jon, Sure did, feels much better than the 3100, more my size! The 3100 52mm was too tight of a fit so it had to go!!! LMAO

Ben: So is stage 4 3400 65mm TB opening, and ports opened to 3500 metal gasket?

You can't port them for the 3500 upper intake gasket, as there would be no way to properly blend it and keep the inside larger than the port opening that leads to the lower.

Glad you like my work I have had lots of practice:P

Aluminum carbide bit, 120 grit sand paper roll, and then a medium cross buff.

Ben ah I see. Yeah it would be kind of hard to keep big to small effect. That carbide bit works great. Good work, looks like CNC work how you worked it in steps!
