he already said that he doesn't learn till he does it himself (even though he blowed it up and then built it up only to not use the MAF yet again).

OMG guys, I got the MAF........ Im putting it on ask superdave he sent it to me.
BTW Zofo Im going to the track with my 2.5, and my engine runs fine and strong with no MAF...its just the tranny is contributing to a very ruff ride, It wont last that long with full tranny shifts. Good thing it only does it after a couple hours of driving or so. On and off behavior full shifts.

Im not going lower than 2.5 until I have the MAF.
But Im thinking about going NOS instead of more boost, I get 13 psi steady right now.
Im very happy with the 1st and second gear climbs, very fast. I just got new toyo tires and I still cant keep them from just roasting when boost kicks in higher psi(like over 7 or . Hoping the sticky track will help with grip
But my 3rd gear is such a slow climber, and when I punch it from 45 it climbs slow..... Thats the reason why I wanted more boost, but I think a properly tuned setup with a wet 100 shot would give me what I want. I will dyno tune the 100 shot and save the tune file, then have a seperate tune to load when Im not going to NOS up.

Uhm, a wet shot would be much safer. I wonder if your fuel pump can keep up with boost and N2O...

Just get it tuned better for more power. Intercool it with the MAF and tune. THEN go for more power if it's not enough. The way you are approaching it is wrong. Before you make a car faster, you have to get it running proper first. lol.

Yeah I know thats why Im making it run proper, thats why I took it to the dyno. Trust me I want it to run proper. Its running the best it can with out a MAF...Soon as I find th wires, the MAF will be installed. Before I go NOS Im getting a bigger fuel pump and 36# injectors, iIm not that dumb I know what a S/C and Nos does to an engine not properly adjusted and tuned for something like that....Boom
            Definitely.......stress that word!
I am going bigger injectors and bigger fuel pump, and MAF before I go WET 100 Shot and boost.
            But I cant wiat.
When I get my tax return Im buying Milzy's HD tranny upgrade. Yeah!

I found it!!!!!!!!!! I found the wires for the MAF, they were hiding with all the wires right by the throttle body. Taped up real good too.
Soon as I recieve my silicone couplers from ebay, its going on, and I even have a ls1 MAF too to try out, man Im ecited, going to get my kit running awsome. Not to mention Im learning my HP tuner software pretty good. SWEET!
