  • Polyurethane engine mounts

I used to see polyurethane mounts for the 3100 but I can't see to find them anymore.

I was wondering if these will work on my 97 grand am,

The upper mount will work no problem. The lower is not a direct fit but people might have modified it to work, I can't remember. I think one end needs to be narrower...

This will work I'm pretty sure for the lower:

    1994 3100 BERETTA. 200,000+ miles
    16.0 1/4 mile when stock. Now ???
    Original L82 Longblock
    with LA1, LX9, LX5 parts
Manifold-back 2.5" SS Mandrel Exhaust. Hardware is SS too.

I think the Upper on the Grand ams was the same from 95-98...

If it looks like this you are good to go:

As you can see the upper eliminates all the movement of the stock mount. yet since you still have rubber in there it shouldn't be too harsh while idling and stuff. I've yet to see how it feels cause I'm doing engine modifications right now. Once the motor is together I'll know how it feels. Then I gotta replace my CV axle and some more stuff.

Thanks, I need to look at my upper. I've never come across that site before, ever ordered from them?

Car customs is good. That's how I got that red insert you see in my mount right there. $15 for the upper free UPS ground shipping. Awesome.

MRZ is pretty good too from what I hear, he is a member/enthusiast of several message boards.

Here is a picture from the fender side of the mount assembled. It just needs the top plate bolted on:

Yea thats the mount I have, I'm going to order that one from customs. I assume the caviler one is the same as the grand am. Do you know any other sites that offer 3100 parts besides milzy and mantapart?

Yup, the store here does. Stay far away from mantapart, you'll wait years and not get your stuff.... Milzy I haven't heard too good of things either.

And yes the mount for the cavi is the one. CC-0001
