i am going to be using an m90 blower with an intercooler on a 3400 out of a 2000 grand am gt that i am building. and i am curious if there is anyone who makes a cam and an intake for this motor. i am also looking for pistons and a lifters and the whole works except the rods and crank. could use some help please.

will this work for the motor i speak of and do you recommend it?

You know that sun viser that doesn\'t quite go down when the sun is there and then when you are driving with it down and you can\'t see the stoplights ? Well... that\'s why my fiero isn\'t at the shop yet....

How are you going to get an M90 with intercooler to work on a 3400?

You can get solid cam grinds on the store here. For intake do you mean CAI (filter & tubing to TB?), or intake manifold? If you put the blower on the intake manifold, then you'll have to have something custom done. If you are remote mounting the S/C and want a better plenum than the 3400, then you can put a 3500 plenum on.

It would be pretty cool to have remote mount M90, that way you could run an air-to-air IC, and pipe it back to the plenum.

What car is it going into and what are you going to manage the engine with?

I have cams on the store here and can do a grind for a supercharger no problem. I am finishing up my boost porting research right now if you are looking for any port work. Pistons, wiseco makes forged pistons for lower compression. I would have the rods shotpeened and deburred but at least get everything balanced.

Out of curiosity, where did you put it? I've actually looked at those many times thinking they could work for my setup, and my engine bay is very similar to yours. I've been thinking lower rear of the engine (opposite AC compressor).

havent put it in yet. if i put in the grand am the stock trans sucks and would throw up on itself.
and for the beretta when i had the new engine in and tuned decent i was just gonna go the ol cut the hole in the hood route.

there are a few people ariund that have mounted them down where the ac compressor is.

i dont know about back towards the firewall that would make it a bitch to work on.
