  • Comp Cams Valve Springs

Who else has them? The ones from the store here is what I have in my 3500.

They seem a bit noisy, I can hear them if I listen close. It doesn't make like a bad ticking noise or anything, but I can hear the valves/springs going up and down (I think that is what it is anyways).

I also have custom pushrods from the store here, and a cam.

    Normal?

they won't make noise. you might be hearing either lifters or the injectors. sometimes the injectors will sound like a lifter, it depends on the engine.

Yea unless they have a damper or inner spring binding then there is no way they can make noise. It may be another valve train component.

Who knows... it's a very very light noise, I am fairly sure it is totally normal. It's more quiet than my stock 3100 or my moms 03 3100.

Well its probably that newly installed paranoia. Your just being so cautious worrying about your install your picking up even the normal noises.

i've got the 26915's and yes, they are a little more noisey than stock. It's probably the valves slamming closed faster or something...
