A crank scraper is not a part you install to find an increase in power. For most of us the installation will show no dyno gains. Most of our engines just spin too slow. The scraper really helps with improving reliability which is more important than making power.1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma

Even a windage tray helps to spin a motor faster, the 2.8L in my other car has spiked 7500 at least a dozen times never with any problem after.. the crankscraper really helps, theres roadracing guys ive talked to that get an extra 800rpm down a straight, and its proven to somthing like a max 10 hp gain top end which is belevibale.. I wouldent doubt if u couldent get a 20 hp gain with the teflon ones that actualy touch the crankVIDEO Acadian http://videos.streetfire.net/video/8...7f00197eea.htm

That is why I sell them:P Price is right but the main issue is the install for most people. They offer the teflon version as well but you have to cut it out rough with a knife and then bed it in so that it barely touches anything. I will get a price and add it to the store. $130-150 range.Ben
