  • 3.5 intake conversion on a 3.4

    This 3.5 upper manifold was added to a 3.4 engine. It is a rearwheel drive and is reversed from standard. It is bored to 70mm. A tapered addapter is used to mount a 75mm Ford TB. The original idle air controller was machined off the original 3.4 upper manifold. It was grafted to the TB with a short pipe nipple and cover plate. This allows GM connections.

    I like how you chopped a 3400 TB IAC part off to put on the ford TB. Whats up with the weird PVC air ducting with screws? It doesn't look very air tight! Do you have pictures of the overall vehicle? Cool swap!
