I started to do some port and polish work on my intakes yesterday. I got the sanding rolls and a 2" arbor. Now, how do you get to the deeper stuff in the lower ports? Also, anything I should know about lengthening the wires to my ICM and coils? I am moving them from the top of the motor to the flat behind my passenger headlight.

sigpicHow to make High performance Emissions:
A "true" High flow converter, straight pipe.
Low/No flow EGR valve, block off plate.
Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.Tags: None

ok, here's a dumb question, lower intake, what "shape" am I going for? So far I did a gasket match to the first 2" or so of the upper ports of the lower intake, thats it, with 80 grit rolls. Also, I noticed after I cleaned the hell out of the intakes, they like to make this nice white powder corrosion, I plan on glass beading them after I'm done P&P them then powder coating them blue. Do I have to worry about the inside ports doing the same rusting affect? BTW, pcv valve and the back valve cover vent have been rerouted to they exhaust so I won't have any emission garbage going down my pretty port work.sigpicHow to make High performance Emissions:
