  • 3100 Header flanges

I need a pair of 3100 header flanges. I have a 1998 3100 aluminum heads in my sand rail and I'm ready to build a set of headers for this thing. Who has them or where can I get them? I also need some 3 to 1 collectors.

    Thanks
    Ronnie

Contact betterthanyou on the site. He has them, in either round or D-shaped ports.

Will you have any D shaped flanges available soon? Can the oval ports be made into D ports and still have everything work functional?

I know this will probably sound stupid but here goes. How can I tell which port I have without taking the exhaust manifolds off. My second set of heads have the D shaped port. I can I use a round port flange on a D shaped port?

            Thanks

Yes you can use round port flanged on the D port heads. And yes the round port flanges could be dremeled out to make a D port.

I will try and get more now that I have some people interested.

The round ones are easier to weld up pipe to anyways you don't gotta shape the pipe to fit. If you did shape the pipe to a D and extended it for a length still in a d shape and tapered back to round then that would be ideal but that's getting really nitty gritty.

3x00 motors have D shaped exhaust ports. I don't think the gen2's did.
