  • HP&Torque differences for 91 3.1 v6 to 92-94

    I have a 91 z24. The book shows that the 91 year 3.1 has a good bit lest power and torque than the 92-94 years. What gives? Is it the ECM or cams or something else?

      The book I have shows a big differance in torque. I think it was 30 lbs. Don't have it in front of me. It's up there. Just the 1st year 1991 3.1. I was wondering what they changed.

        uh, no, from 91 to 92 tq went from 180 to 185ft/lbs. It's in the computer tuning.

        Cammed 3400 --> 224whp 210wtq
