Only thing I need to clearance is the heater core hose in the back, its like 1/8" from the crossover down pipe.... Not the best place for that to be.

Also mine are not ceramic coated so temps may get a little higher for me... If so they will be going to jet hot.

        that should work.
it still needs to be welded in some places right ?

        looks fine to me.

yeah just need to weld the flex on and put on a flange on the back.

Other than that its about done. I'm just praying to god the crossover when bolted together actually seals... it looks kinda rough as far as the angle, but I got it as close as I can without rebuilding it totally, which is impossible not having the car in the garage next to the welder.

Requested on Bstuff, a Sound clip vid... Figured I would post it here because it shows its done.... well kinda

I still have some work left, such as relocate the O2, and misc brackets bolts and what not before it hits the ground... I hope the swaybar clears enough, thats all I'm worried about right now.

DONT rely on the sound quality of this vid... if you ask me it sounds the same as open manifolds right now, no real difference, but I'm sure something is a little different when the rest is hooked up.

The camera made it sound way more muffled than it was. Oh and for reference this is a stock 3400 it was running on... Not my cammed Hybrid yet.

All done, together, running and drove to work today.

SLIGHT leak on the cross over connection but that may be from the way i secured the donut... nothing to really worry about right now though.

Already shedded quite a bit of paint, since I went too heavy on it. But everything clears and it runs nice. Made in car noise much quieter not as raspy up front like the old downpipe was. Pulls really nice on the bottom of first and second.

The trans is shifting better since I drained the 1-2 quarts of extra fluid I had in there..... I was unaware that it was overfull untill I drained alot from removing the dipstick and then only had to add 1/2 quart to get it back to level...

Other than that, no melted wire loom yet... just gonna relocate the O2 tomorrow night into the downpipe.

Give me a few weeks on the motor, I'm moving on the 1st, and it will probably be going in the week of the 11th if that is at all possible, I need to talk to Brendan to get his arse over to my house and help me drop it in.

A few people mentioned sending it back to S&S to copy angle, and what not, but if they really cared about our market they would have worked with us well before now. Plus as soon as I finished them I wanted them IN, not going off somewhere else Hell I didn't even get them coated because that would take too long

Yeah I understand. But they probably would be more willing to make them if someone else did the work for them. However little of a change it is for them to make :P

How fast do you think it will rust out to where it leaks? How thick of pipe is that?

Did you do a scan yet to see if it needs adjusting the ECM now with the added flow?

The ECM seemed pretty happy... However I did NOT try a VE tune and I think thats were its gonna show up more. My trims were still close to 0 only about 0.78 to 1.28 positive and thats not too shabby. I did a quick maf adjustment and it was happy again.

I'm off to lebanon valley this weekend so I'll have some times to post Sunday afternoon, Unless I end up having internet at the Motel.
