Take a look in the specs page for the 3500, lik in under "pushrod" IIRC.Comment

As long as the piston pin location is set up to work, or you get a custom rod length... And even then, you'll have to get the 4.3L rods narrowed just like you have to with SBC rods for the older engines.-Brad-

Well 4.3L rods are already narrower than SBC rods. So they might require little to no narroing. I can look in my Chevy Power Manual later1993 EXT. CAB, 3.4L V6 TBI, 5spd manual. Sonoma
