Need help after S&S header install.

Ok, installed S&S headers on 99 GP with the 3100, had the heads decked .010, port and polish on the intake, exhaust and valve bowls, and 3 angle valve job. Everything is now installed and has ~300 miles on it. Here is the problem, whenever I come out of a sharp curve or get on it the engine will bog down and I get a random misfire code with the flashing "service engine soon" light, after a few seconds the light will clear. I am thinking of going with colder spark plugs and changing the wires. Does anybody have any suggestions or ideas that may solve my issue. Any help is appreciated.
