Injector Q

I've been looking around for an answer but have yet to see anything that helps.

I've got a set of #24 DOHC injectors in my 3500. From what i've seen the DOHC runs at like 45 PSI but my FPR is from a 2002 3400 which is apparently 54 PSI.

Is there any way to calculate the change in the injectors with the higher PSI ?

I'd like to run these injectors for now since they're in good shape and allready mounted in the engine. lol
