u can use the stock header bolts yes if you are keeping the 3400 in ur GA...but you will want to soak them good with penetrating oil and make sure to turn them out slowly. then use a wrench if you can and a socket, a wrench to fit the nut and a socket to fit the stud. then make sure u turn them slowly. you can reuse them, but it is cheaper ins to just either get new studs and nuts(since they are compression style lock nuts) or some header bolts
i have just put these headers on my GA, so if you want any info let me know

I just bought some stage 8 locking header bolts. I think it'll make the install easier. I'll let you know in a couple of weeks.2006 AWD TBSS 12.538 @ 106.92 1.66 60' Bolt-ons only

i had no issues with the studs at all, just making sure that you get the fitment right, with either putting the stud in bare or with the nut on a little, but once u know what the clearance is, then it is alot easier. also a short 12 or 13(dont remember what stock nut size is) will come in handy as well as a long one

I used Breslin bolts on mine, and they worked great.
*Apparently Breslin has gone out of business... too bad because they had a good product.2000 Grand Am GT
