#24's should be more than enough...

It'll run them just fine but you'll need to spend time tuning anyways... the 3400 top end throws the VE all out of wack.

the L67 has #36 injectors, the N/A version would probably have #24 or so.. i have a set from a '88 park ave but they had 200K on them so i didn't even want to try running them, lol.
3.4 DOHC injectors are #24, that's what i have in my 3500 right now. I haven't ran them yet but the math says they're a little too small.

I KNOW mine were 19#/hr, they were Orange top Ford injectors.
I now have some Red Top Injectors 34 #/hr IIRC, oh she is going to be PIG rich when I first fire that shit up.
Also I have dyno proof of what my engine made with the 19# injectors. 218 @ the wheels, whihc is about 250 at the crank.

chris the only problem with that is your duty cycle was probaby at 110% or something stupid. also the old ball type injectors are less suseptible to locking static then the multec 2 injectors. atleast in my experience. imagine how much nicer its going to be with the new ones lol
i would agree with the 22# or 24# injectors UNLESS you never run the engine hard then you can get away with 19# injectors. although your duty cycle will probably be higher then 80% if its only for a second and not prolonged you'd probably get away with the injectors not going static.got zap-straps?

I've also ALWAYS found those injector calculator to run a bit on the fat side of things, for a safety margin.

i've still yet to see any real flow data on any injectors, i should go talk with the guys at b&d maybe they can set something up for us.got zap-straps?

basicly what it comes down to is when your buying injectors, why get ones that just barley meet your needs??? its better to side with the calculators and get injectors that are a tad bit big for your application. i know id much rather have more than enough fuel than the motor leaning out and melting a piston cause the injectors are too small.
