3.1L engine perfomance

ive got a 93 cutlass supreme with the 3.1L V6, and i want power from this baby. so far ive added a short ram intake, which make some difference, but its not enough for me. my plan is to cut out the cat (Old one is all crap anyways)(and car is exempt from emissions) and get high flow/performance mufflers, im not sure what else i can do to get more power. i know its possible, I do not have the turbo engine, just the plain 3.1. Anyone out there have any tips or ideas lemme know!

cam,chip,1.6 rockers,port&polish heads and intake,higher compression pistons
injectors,throttle body headers there plenty of things you can do but the best thing to do and it took me a long time to find out is to do a 3.1/3400 hybrid because the 3.1 top end is restrictive and you are coing to spend allot of money building your 3.1 and in the end the guy next to you with a stock 3400 will still make more power then you

wow fast reply, that sounds like A LOT of work and money, what kind of things do you think i should start off with, not so expensive, and little gains here and there

cold air intake and exhaust is always a good place to start with go with a 2.5 pipe and free flowing muffler it should get you about 5-10 hp

I was wondering what your short ram intake looked like because if it is in the engine bay it is only gonna suck up all that hot engine air... you should find a way to sheild it from the heat
