        They look like a standard seal and slide right over the stem, I just used a socket to tap them into place. And the valve slipped through with no problem.


        I've seen too many seals get chewed to hell in the race motor due to them not fitting tightly so I wasnt about to play games, I got these found out they fit and I was happy.

            ok so i got the locks, but im guessing the retainers come separate from the locks??? i cant really find a good p/n for them on comps site, and i dont know the stock dia for them to use for the retainers, so i need some help on that, thanks

              I'm using P/N CCA-774-12 from Summit $46.39. they are LS1 retainers for use with the 623-16 LS1 locks.

                ok kool, but i remember you used the comp cams beehives for the V6, im using the LS6...are they the same dia and can use the same retainers

                  my springs are made for the LS6.. Comp p/n 26915. They can come in a set of 12 or 16 from Summit. The retainers should fit fine.
