I had the same question regarding the IAT sensor and suspect MAF and MAP engines might respond differently under these circumstances. As for the MAF engine, when the meth is sprayed after the MAF sensor condensing the air two things happen, first meth is combustible so it shouldn't make the charge leaner, second the condensing of the air will cause a sensible contraction by the MAF sensor due to the additional air that will pass it when the air ahead of it surges forward to take up the space left by the condensed air. That's my theory I didn't read it anywhere.

I do believe the IAT sensor should be in the meth air mix to help the O2 sensor out in tuning for the charge.

no more air will pass through than the MAF sensor will see, period, your not stuffing any more air into the cylinder than the MAF will see... also, theres no need for the IAT sensor to be in the spray path, the computer doesn't need to compensate any really because your enriching the charge already so theres no point to put any more fuel in

you would have to check around your area for people who sell it, meth will have the best cooling effect but alcohol will work really well to and you can get it at a hardware store (denatured)

Most people just buy the washer fluid (10% methanol) and add Denatured Alcohol to richen it up.

I'm piecing a kit together also. I just have a universal coolant tank, washer pump, and welding tips for jets. I'm working on a rig for the welding tips. You can get them in manly different sizes for very cheap. I have maybe $20 into my setup. The Hobbs switch is what is expensive though.

I hope u guys realize windshield washer pumps will push nowhere near the amount of pressure to atomize the liquid. ur gonna need at least 40 or 50 psi. Im running alcohol injection now and use an off the shelf shurflo agricultural pump that is rated 100 psi.
Look at all of the companies that sell alky injection and see what they use.
turbo's are great fun but a lopey 60* is even better!!!sigpic

like i said, depending on how much pressure your getting at the nozzle you'll prolly want to change pumps
