Jegs magazine modified 60mm TB? Bogus?

I talked with someone who says they got a 60mm TB out of jegs magazine for their 3400. Pics look like an OEM, not sure if it's bored out just a stock replacement, he says it measures 60mm.

Can anyone verify they sell this?

Well it was an auction. I didn't bid on it as I had to go somewhere, but either someone got a deal for $40, or got a used TB for $40.

Judging by the description and picture I would guess that it's really an RSM/Zspec unit.

hell yea it's worth 10hp, and if you put a sticker on the thorttle bosy it is worth 25hp......

RSM/Z-Spec bore out the stocker. Not worth $400 new though.

looke like a 56mm to me, my RSM butterfly wasn't nearly as smoth as that one. if he would show you the top, RSM stamps there on the top.

the only nice thing about the RSM setup, is in california they will flag your car on a smog test for a built.

Yeah, I couldn't tell that it was bored out, so I didn't bid.

If it was bored out, $40 shipped was a nice price.
