        the stock fuel rail still fits,and its not welded together as one piece,its in 2 pieces,the runners are the stock mid section(ported of course) of the rwd iron headed manifold,it all bolts together just like stock

          What's stopping you from making a new Mid and Upper manifold?
          The injectors/fuel rail?
          .
          Man that's a HUGE plenum with small runners, everything I have researched says that's good for boost.

            are you going to make the air flow diverted like a 3500 UIM? like put a divider at the end, and extend the TB neck into the middle of it?

              i could make a new mid section though to reuse the stock fuel rail the new mid section would look just like the stock section,though im sure i could improve it some,but the stock mid section isnt all that bad to begin with

              isaac - ive never seen a 3500 uim so im not exactky sure what ur refering to,im putting the throttle body on pretty much just liek it was on the stock uim

                Looks like a good start for a m62/m90 intake manifold.

                    too bad the port sizes are so small though lol

                        You could search for 3500, but basically where the TB bolts on, (the neck) extends inside the manifold, and stops in the center. Instead of just opening on the side. And at the very end of the intake, there is a divider so it diverts air to the sides and into the ports. Basically makes equal air flow to all cylinders as best as it can.

                        sorta like this top down view:
                        ___________{port___________________port___________ ________port}
                        TB - neck -{ (goes inside plenum and opens in center) - divider}
                        ___________{port___________________port___________ ________port}

                          almost finished,need to wled in the bungs for the vacum lines,and add in bungs so i can hook up my bov,wastegate,fmu to individul lines directly to the manifold instead of teeing them all off one line

                          im undecided but im either going to get this poweder coated,ceramic coated,or im just going to polish/buff it out

                            I say you grind the welds smooth and polish it.
                            Or I showed you the anodizing spray I found, didn't I?
