you won't gain anything from a dual setup like that. It'll just be louder, lol
96 lumina should have a 2.5" downpipe, that's a good start.. replace the cat with a hi-flow and then a muffler at the back of your choice. I prefer Hooker Aerochambers but they can be pricey, you can usually get Flowmaster Delta-flow 40 series mufflers for pretty cheap on ebay...
Stay away from glasspacks, they flow terrible and sound like crap on a '660.

for exhaust those summit mufflers are pretty nice for the price. and don't try to be louder than the fart cannon'd civics, they'll always win.. haha
Noise does not make power... Power makes noise

well seriously i dont think you should compromise when it comes to what you want just cuz it costs a little more. you pay for what you get basically. if you find something you want and know the exact #, go on ebay and look for it. most shops on ebay dont post all they have and can get more stuff all you have to do is ask them. i just gave this same advice on the ga forum, get a good universal syst, a good muffler shop and have at it
also the prob with using the euro mufflers and that r!ce style is that it will sound like r!ce and then you are just an import in domestic clothing
