Good luck trying to get more than 1 run in there...
where are you at? I go to cordova all the time in the warmer months....
yeah it's pretty hard to get in any good amount of runs there. Back in september in like 3.5 hrs i only got in two runs. it was insanely busy. thatwas the weekend of the AMC nationals, but it's always SUPER busy. most runs i have eevr gotten in was 6 and that was cause it was battle of the high schools and only high school people were allowed in to race
You'll be in the 80's somewhere for trap speed. Hopefully! lol

Manifold-back 2.5" SS Mandrel Exhaust. Hardware is SS too.
should be around 82 with the older 3.1 I would think. What he can look into to go faster is making sure after the engine has been tuned to make sure nothing is lagging him behind. I know my main problem is that my rear bumper traps air. So make sure the underside of the car is getting the air out of there as quickly as possible.
I agree with the posts that recommend not taking that Lumina to 105+.
I've been up to 130+ and that was in a GTO with HD everything.
Guys with modified Fiero's clock 120+, and that car is aerodynamically designed for it and they generally have modified brakes and suspensions, body mods to maximize downforce on the front.
I'd forget going for speed with a Lumina. Just my opinion.
