I thought Jackal was answering my original question about pushrod length, I didn't have the question about the degreeing of the cam.
I was going to just install mine as the gear alows it because I didn't have any other options as far as degreeing.
As far as pushrod length goes I was instructed to build the engine and measure the length at zero lash using an adjustable one and then add .030 for proper hydraulic preload, and then to order the rods.

I figured the non roller tip would just put more side loading pressure on the valve with incorrect length rockers but compared to roller tip that makes sense to be more dramatic.
