  • rwd vs fwd pushrods

    im doing the topend swap on my f-body,and i just got a package deal on roller 1.6 rockers + comp cams pushrods for 90$'s brand new, can i use the rwd pushrods on the fwd heads? or are they diff?

    They are different. The RWD pushrods are all the same size and the FWD pushrods have different lengths for intake and exhaust.

      thnx,looks like ill be sellng a set of nib comp pushrods for the iron heads lol.
      happen to have a part number for the right pushrods for the aluminum heads so i can order up a set?

        If you want a set of stock length pushrods, I have some that are chrome moly. You will probably want to make an adjustable pushrod and measure the length you need. That is the best way to go instead of using a stock length on a non stock cam. If you do in fact need a stock 3400 length, then I have a set for you:P

          alright ill let u know,prolly be a few days before i get the new rockers,and a few days after that before i can get to measure to see if i need a longer pushrod.

          lol i had tried to use a 1.8 ratio rocker but i couldnt get it to clear everything
