I have a few questions for the headers your shop makes. Would it be a one off header or could u make several of them? Also about how much would it cost to have them made? About how long does it take for them to be made? Do you need a down deposite? That should help out for now. I am asking because I know of at least 10 people that have a L body or J body that would really like headers for the 3X00 engines.

i could make multiples no problem. deposit not needed. bill when done unless it was a group purchase deal then we would need partial payment up front. cost would be determined after the first set was built. but i would build the first set for around $450. after the first set is built we can determine how many bends it will take to produce them and set a price either up or down.

I have a few more questions. I am trying to find someone in Michigan right now and was wondering where exactly you were located? Also wondering about how long you would need the car to do the fitting on? What is the name of the company you work for?

performance fabrication and engineering or PFE. we are in chesterfield, michigan. time wise between 4 to 10 days. i could probably get flanges cut ahead of time to speed the process a little.

I live in Swartz Creek Michigan, about an hour or so north of you and drive a 3100 95 beretta. I'd definitely be interested but I don't know that I could be without my car for a week. Not to mention I just spent a lot of money on a 3400 swap thats going in this next weekend, so it might take a few to scrounge up another $450. I will have a spare set of 3x00 heads though that maybe you could use to mock things up and cut flanges and stuff if you don't have a set.

you are not far away at all. just take 94 w to m59 / hall rd. one mile east of 94. maybe we could build the front header first take it back off and reinstall the manifold this could be done in one day. then build the rear at a later date this would take at least a day and a half. i would put the car back to stock again so i could build fixtures. finally when the fixtures are done come back down and install everything.

i would have no problems paying up front or donating my car. But this would have to be next week, when I get my new used minivan beater. You could have it for a whole month if need be.

And just so you know you cannot use the front manifold on the rear because the downpipe is supposed to come out in the middle of the rear manifold.
I have a person in Oregon making 3X00 headers, but it seems as though he has no time to work on them. and we've been waiting for like 2 or 3 months for them. His price is $350 he "say's" they will be done by the begining of march, but i'm not going to hold my breath. Also If you can hook me up with ceramic coating that would be great as well.

I wonder how much more difficult it would be to modify them to fit TGP's??? If it isn't too tough, I would definately be interested in at least one set of those, probably 2 sets.

Well I am in Michigan, and I going to be doing a Gen III head swap on my Turbo 3.1 assuming I can get manifolds/headers for it. The exhaust ports on the Gen II & Gen III heads are different so I will need different manifolds. I am wondering if you could custom build me some headers that would bolt up for my application, and what it would cost? I could probably drive to your shop so you could do measuring and such. The problem with this is you probably won't be selling multiples of them because it is for a hybrid engine, so I am assuming the cost would be more?
