Although harder to find than an Edelbrock, Offenhauser made an intake manifold for the V6 iron heads. It has a much smaller plenium, making it demand a smaller fuel reservoir above the runners, and also has a lower profile.
As to the Holley List-8007, another couple of choices are to be had, but again are harder to find. A number of years ago Holley put a good deal of effort into designing a 390cfm 4bbl for a 2000cc Pinto. The result can be found in both 4160 (List -6299-1)and 4150 models (List-6299). They also made a 340cfm 4bbl (List-7410), and a 370cfm 4bbl (List-7411), but I've never seen either of these two in the flesh. Hope that adds to your choices.
