and how about the drive belt?

would that be a 6 or 8 groove serpentine..cause if you go the 8 route
then you would have to change all your pulleys.

personally I would go the 8 route for less slipage.
unless it's only gonna make about 8psi or so...then the 6 should be sufficient.

    just my 2 cents.

+.060" bore will make them fit.

I thought I read in a post somewhere that the 3500 heads could only be swapped to a 3400 cause the combustion chamber was to big for a 3.1/3100 or something like that? Did I misunderstand/misread something?

SC's are cool but it seems that a turbo project would be easier/cheaper/no hood issues/possibility for more power without changing much?

From a business standpoint, it seems like a set of great priced turbo headers would sell the most. Or hell even selling modified stockers that have been cleaned up/sprayed with your flange of choice could work. Offer some pre-bent IC tubing for a small IC that is made to fit in our engine bays, would be great.

Done a little bit of the CAD work but nothing yet on machining. Been way too busy to work on it. It is not my highest priority project at this time. Several others still in front of it. I will update everyone when I make some progress.

i would be interested. just in a few years, dont have the money right now, i am still in college.

from what i hear the options for my 2004 monte carlo 3.4 for supercharging is pretty limited to one unit and from what i hear it poor quality and overrides alot of engine functions to make it work. which i am not too happy with

    Does anyone have the specifics...

....I would like to run the supercharger through my engine pro. I need belt ratio, Island CFM, and compressor map if possible. It would make around 250-260 without a problem.

Correct... from what I've read, Eaton says it can be rotated any angle. The only problem is the oil fill plug is upside down. I believe that can be resolved by adding an extra filler plug in the cover.
