When I got the upper intake for my 3400 swap, I got one from a '97 Chevy Venture (for the vertical EGR mount) with the throttle body. The TB still has the sensors attached. Now since the TPS and IAC are from a '97, I am guessing they are rigged for OBD2 and will not work in my '95 Olds with OBD1. Is that correct? Will I be able to mount the ones from my old throttle body on the '97 3400 TB? What should I do?

Just make sure you have the correct linkage, I know for a beretta you need to pull the butterfly out of the TB, then remove the rod and put the beretta rod in the 3400 TB and use the 3400 butterfly, it fits the rod for some weird reason, but I know the venture linkage doesnt work with the beretta throttle cable or cruse cable.
