Just replaced the throttle body with the 65mm from "The Store". Now I've got the crazy high idle myself as soon as I started the car!!!! Went and got a new IAC and installed that, no difference! Been at this a couple of hours now....any help??

If its idling that high, you have a vacuum leak somewhere. It could be that the throttle plate isn't closed all the way.
As far as having the IAC in a bag, its because they are known to shoot the pintle out of the body and send pieces everywhere.-Brad-
