Did I screw up anything?

Well today I took my 93z for a little road trip. On the way back I noticed that the low coolant light keep coming on . At first it was only when I was making turns. 5 minutes I started noticing it was coming on while the car was in a straight line. i pulled over and checked the coolant to find that it was indeed low. I tried finding a gas station to get coolant but I couldnt find one for like 20 minutes (remote part of pa ). Anyway once i got the coolant i took my brother to work (45 minutes away) and parked the car. I tried bleeding air out of the cooling system but i couldnt. The car also runs a little weird (slight surge every couple of minutes when idling). Did I screw up anything (please say no please say no )

As long as it didnt overheat you should be ok. It would be wise to find out why it was missing coolant. Hopefully its something simple such as a leaking hose/pipe or a bad water pump and not something severe such as a head gasket failure.
