So I undid the bolt on the top left (looking towards the TB, looking into the inlet side), and on the bottomish right, and the 2 from the black bracket on top that holds the cables, what else is holding it on there? I'm trying to pull my upper off and it wiggles everywhere but the TB is still stuck to it.

I'm trying to unbolt the TB from it and just leave it hang there with the cables and the top bracket because I don't know how to take the cables off the TB nor do I want to mess with it, I rather just lay it to the side as I try to get the fuel rail off.

And who in the hell designed these alt brackets that hold onto the PS fluid lines, that made a big pain

    Thanks.

Double check the bottom right, there's a bolt that the steel coolant line attaches to, you might need to completely unbolt the other fasteners on the line to move it out of the way; also there is two small heater hoses that attach at the bottom of the TB that need to come off, also.

I think, though, that's it's a bit easier to just leave the TB attached to the UIM, the throttle cables aren't too hard to remove.

Anyone care to explain how they come off? I looked at it and looked at it but didn't want to try to undo anything so I just left it.

Rotate the throttle and grab the cable. It will come out of the groove it is in. At the end of the cable is a lead cylinder that slides into the throttle linkage. Above that is a notch where the wire can slide in and out. So with the plate rotated and the cable loosened, just slide the cable and lead end out of the linkage.

Its the same for the cruise cable, except it slides out the opposite side.
