well i got the exhaust put on it, new o2 sensor, new plugs, dizzy cap, rotor, & wires put on my 92 firebird 3.1l, and now it runs even worse than it did before (im not sure about the mileage, i just drove it home, & im so frustrated with it that i dont want to drive it anywhere else). can some PLEASE tell me how to check the timing (timing chain and such), because this vehicle does not respond for a whole 2 seconds when i throttle it, then it barely climbs in the rpms & has -absolutely- no power. also could someone please give me a detailed discription of where each plugwire goes from the distributer to each cylinder, because although i have it exactly as it was before, i believe that it is incorrect (the previous owner was a russian that didnt know squat & argued with me that it is a 3.8l, also had the wrong bumper installed). also-how would i check the fuel pressure reg? thank you guys, any help would be extremely appreciated.
