  • remote starter?

3.1 , more trouble. well about 2 months ago my car wouldnt start because of a bad icm. well i got one from the boneyard, had it tested at auto zone, it passed, so i put it in and it worked. for christmas i got a remote car starter put that in, it works fine. well last night i was at my girlfriends house i went to start my car and it cranked but would not fire. so today i had the icm tested again it was ok. but i have no spark, could it be a bad sensor, or the remote starter messing with the ignition? how can i tell?

    sorry about the long post.

nevermind, it was the crank position sensor. what a pain to remove. it broke off in the block, but i was able to drive a screw in the center and pull it out.
