Lifter noise?

Hi -

New to forum and 60*V6's. I recently purchased a used 2000 Venture minivan (3400 SFI) and have noticed a knock coming from the valvetrain when cold. It's almost sounds like a rod knock, but it goes away after about a minute of running.

Is this a little lifter noise? Should I do anything about it?

The motor fires right up and runs strong.

Piston slap. Very normal. Colder it gets the more you will notice it. Do not worry about it. Part of the tradeoff of using such a short skirt on the piston.
