3100 head bolts torque

Hey guys/gals.
got a small question. I just lost a head gasket on my 95 gram am with a 3100. can any one tell me the tighting sequence and torque for the heads and intake manifold. also can the intake gaskets be reused, there about 6 months old( last owner had them replaced) thanks in advance.

I personally wouldn't reuse the intake gaskets, but if they are in good shape and cleaned up properly, I guess you could reuse them if you are on a budget.
