Changing LIM Gaskets

Hey, I'm going to be chagning them out in 2 weeks.

I will have a little more than 2 days to do it. I want to clean all the crap off the parts. I really would want to remove everything down the block. Is it diffacult to do? I've torn my old 3100 down to the block, but that was just for fun. Should I do it or just leave it alone? I really want to scrub everything down (cause I know its a mess in there).

Is 2 days enough time? And so I need to get head gaskets?

Canada replaced my LIM gaskets tonight. Do you just want to take everything apart for fun? We cleaned the manifolds by spraying brake cleaner on it and then we scraped it with a razor blade.
