SES Light***Problem Code 23***

Hi all,

My car(Lumina 1992 3.1L) give me the code 23. I want to know what is the problem with that code. What I need to check or change on my car. I remove the Airbox to put a P-flow.
Code 23
Manifold Air Temperature (MAT) sensor-
signal voltage is low or high
Or
TPS error
Or
Mixture control solenoid-open or short circuit problems
