Remove lower rad hose, let it all drip out. Put hose back on, fill with water, run engine until thermostat opens, then shut it off and let cool a little... remove lower rad hose again, let it all drip out. Put hose back on again, fill with anti-freeze/water mixture.
Note: not sure but there might be a valve on the rad somewhere so you won't need to remove the lower hose. Oh and it's also a good idea to change the thermostat as well and check all hoses...
Don't forget to bleed the system to get rid of air or you're temp readings will be all wrong.
