3.1 mpfi Stalls while rolling

Tonight while stopping and letting the car roll, I had to die out on me. It was almost like the car was gasping for gas. The headlights also started to blink out.

I am far from the best so thus far the only thing I can think of is a vaccum leak or ful pump.

If the headlights were dimming as well, I'd say your car shit an alternator, and the battery simply can't run the car any longer.

Alternator was bought brand new and installed 3 -4 months ago. The Battery I noticed was below 12 volts and I did have the battery die 5 months ago.

Just cause the alternator was new 3-4 months ago doesn't mean anything. I've heard of alternators going out in a few days...
