need to put a 90 lumina engine back together

I have most of the parts...block, heads, crankshaft, pushrods, etc.

but i am looking for a manual that will help me reassemble this motor, as i have never built a motor before.

i do remember i need new bearings and gaskets (at least), so whats a good rebuild kit i could purchase?

You can buy at kit at any parts store. A haynes manual is good enough to get you through an engine build.
